Yoga

Tsomo means ocean in Tibetan and like rivers, we are all flowing back to the ocean, the primordial source; some wild and unstructured, others disciplined and rigorous in their path. There is no one way, no “right” way to return. Yoga is the journey of finding our “own” true way back “home.”
Yoga gives us the opportunity to transform our whole being—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and most importantly, teaches us how to embrace the journey no matter where we find ourselves: alone at the pit of a dark valley or at the peak of the highest mountain with a view to infinity.

Mudras are a means to quiet our minds, communicate and connect with the Divine. Their healing powers compare to that of mantras and in Vajrayana are considered "body tantra." The hands contain 6 energy meridians connected to the five elements and form powerful, electromagnetic fields. Emerging from emptiness, mudras closely relate to our mental intentions. When we are open and the qi flows smoothly, our mudras become a fluid expression of the Divine. In Yoga of Joy, many of the mudras directly awaken the heart and unlock secret doors to universal energy.
